Having a distinguished academic record, including a university gold medal in Post Graduation, Dr. Chugh has trained and worked at reputed eye institutes at Ahmadabad, Bombay, Chennai, Delhi and Madurai.
He has to his credit, innovation and designing of many surgical micro instruments that have been helpful in making surgery simpler. He is a social activist and is sought after by the poor and helpless elderly for free treatment and operations.
