- Only one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient in the room.

- In case the patient is in ICU/OT the room will have to be vacated and if the attendants wish to retain the room during that period the room rent will be charged as per actuals.

- Payment by Cash, Demand Draft, Pay Order, Credit/Debit Cards (Master Card, Visa) are accepted. Personal cheques and American Express Cards are not accepted.

- Please visit the IPD Reception once a day to take stock of your bill and deposit the required amount.
|
- Room upgradation - In case you want to upgrade a room type, the charges of higher room category with retrospect will be charged.
|
- Discharge Timings are: 12:00 pm, 4:00pm

- Refunds of Rs.5,000/- would be made in cash. Refunds above Rs.5,000/- would be made in the form of cheques and in the patients name only.

- Two visitors passes will be issued during the visiting hours.

- One permanent attendant pass will be issued as per the room / bed allocated at the time of admission. On transfer of the patient from that bed to another bed, kindly exchange your pass / passes from the IPD Reception. On discharge, return the passes at the time of bill clearance. Loss of passes will be charged at Rs. 100/- per pass.

- ·Please do not bring children below the age of twelve. This is a precautionary measure as children are more prone to catch infections.
|
- For reasons of dietary restrictions and infection control please do not bring any food to the hospital from outside. All dietary requirements of the patient are taken care of by us. Attendants can have their meals at the cafeteria or may order from the kitchen.

- The entire hospital premises is a "No Smoking Zone". Consumption of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited inside the hospital.
|
- Please avoid bringing expensive items to the hospital. There is a chance of losing/misplacing these.
|
- Please do not use candles, dhoop, agarbattis, lighters, matchboxes etc. as they are a potential hazard in a hospital and they can also trigger our sensitive Smoke Detector System.

- For reasons of infection control, flowers are not allowed in any patient areas.
