This concept has totally changed the way birthing has been conducted across the world. Gone is the old way of shifting the mother from labour room to the delivery room to the recovery room. The globally popular single room concept of maternity to promote the right birthing environment is fast taking over. Designed to provide the feel of home, it has all the safety of a modern hospital. This room acts as a labour, delivery and recovery room.

The LDR’s are furnished with state of the art birthing beds (HILLROM, USA), that a push of a button convert into delivery bed. These multi positioning beds get converted into various positions to facilitate comfortable delivery for the mother to be. The LDR’s are equipped with delivery lights (ALM Germany) which remain concealed behind the cabinets till they are required at the time of delivery.
