The antenatal program is structured trimester-wise to enable the expectant mother to join at her current stage of pregnancy. The 'value add' educational sessions are held on weekends (to make it convenient for working parents-to-be to attend). These complimentary sessions encompass topics such as nutrition, counseling, lifestyle management, preparation for labour & childbirth.
