"My boyfriend Ben and I were on a motorcycle ride in the remote Himalayas when he broke his leg. We were 12 hours away from any hospitals, but when we finally made it to Fortis, it was a breath of fresh air. We had been recommended to the orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Sen. He had one of his attending doctors wait for us in the ER for several hours while we navigated the bumpy roads to get out of the mountains. The entire experience and service were top notch. Every single doctor, nurse and staff we encountered were very courteous.

The patient coordinator Kiran was especially great, as she helped me navigate everything from insurance issues and getting checked into the Inn. She kept me up to date with news about Ben, helped us get forms filled out, extra meals, anything we could need. She even came in on her day off to make sure we got everything we needed before we left!

Highly recommend coming to Fortis. We had a great experience here!" - Vicki Tan
