The department of haemato-oncology is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of all blood related disorders both benign and malignant. It is supported by a dedicated laboratory service and a well equipped blood bank. The unit offers treatment for haemophilia, immune thrombocytopenic purpura, thalassemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, aplastic anaemia, complicated anaemia, chronic myeloid leukaemia, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, multiple myeloma, lymphomas and acute leukaemia.
