Medical Transport
Fortis Healthcare has teamed up with various agencies to provide medical flights, assistance and evacuation services.
Medical Nursing Assistance
Fortis Healthcare provides medical staff for flight assistance, travel assistance and other circumstances as required by our patients and their attendants. This programme is flexible and open to unspecified requests. If required, our staff can meet you at your home and escort you throughout your journey.
Please let us know if you would like to use these services and we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements. Every case is unique and requires advance notice if the situation permits.
Doctor Care Coordination Before and After
Should you select Fortis Healthcare for your healthcare services, we will require certain basic health information. It is extremely important that you provide all relevant health information from your medical records, so that the appropriate medical action may be taken. All documentation should be sent through Fed Ex or DHL with a tracking number - to the following address:

We also advocate a teleconference with your current physician. This helps in establishing your prior medical history, current condition, required treatment and minimizing your travel time. This dialogue is found to be extremely helpful and is only performed with the patient's consent. If a patient chooses not to have a physician teleconference their initial assessment may require additional time in India.
