Details of the admission procedure
Doctor writes the admission request form to initiate the admission process
The patient arrives at the IP reception with the admission request form. The patient is counselled about the estimated expenditure for his stay/procedure and various hospital guidelines.
What the patient has to bring
The patient has to carry all his previous consultation & investigation records if any (Including X-Ray, CT, MRI films).

One permanent attendant pass and two visitor passes are issued at a time.

Consent form for admission, cashless facility form for insured patients.
Payment Mode - Cheque/ Draft
Cash, Credit /Debit Card, Demand Draft, Pay order are accepted . Personal cheques are not accepted.
Discharge & Payments
Discharge & Payments
The patient/attendants are informed about the interim bills on a daily basis. The patient has to settle all his bills at the time of discharge.
Details of discharge procedure
The doctor / nurse will hand over the signed discharge summary and other relevant documents at the time of discharge. The doctor signs the discharge sheet of the patient. The final bill is prepared at the billing office.

We have equipped Ambulance with Advance life support trained Staff.
