It functions under two categories – Hospital based & on site Workplace Wellness Programs.
Hospital based programs
CLINIC Rejuvé at Fortis functions as a preventive and health promotion cell. To ensure that health and well being of people, Fortis Hospital Mohali offers several preventive health programs, which are cost effective and promote early detection and prevention of disease.
LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT PACKAGES at Fortis Hospital Mohali
Please report at the CLINIC Rejuve’ Reception (Ground Floor) by 9.00 a.m.
You should have fasted overnight (12 hours). Avoid alcohol and non-vegetarian food at dinner the previous night.
At the time of reporting, please let us know if you are a diabetic, cardiac patient or suffer from any other
ailments.
Please carry all your prescriptions and reports if under any treatment. Also carry your spectacles.
Refreshment will be provided at the hospital during the package.
Please wear comfortable clothes and footwear as you would be required to change into hospital clothes frequently.
We would appreciate it if you take an appointment before coming in for a health check.
In case you are opting for Rejuve’ X-Press Check, the blood samples will be collected from your residence in the morning (for Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula). You can subsequently get the ECG & consults as per your convenience with prior appointment.
