Physiotherapy
Here at Fortis Hospital we have a multi-functional physiotherapy department equipped with the latest models of high quality imported machines. We are equipped to treat referral patients from any of the speciality OPD doctors as well as providing comprehensive respiratory therapy and exercises to in-patients during their stay. This is an essential part of the multi--disciplinary team approach to care of cardiac patients.
Scope of Physiotherapy
Some of the neurological
conditions we commonly treat are stroke

Arthritic conditions of the hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and hand. Other conditions like frozen shoulder, strains and sprains, sports injures of all kinds are treated. Physiotherapy treatment after total hip/knee replacement or other orthopaedic surgeries, spinal decompression, laminectomy etc. is also done.
