Fortis Healthcare allots equity shares

Under ESOP
The Committee of Fortis Healthcare on 08 November 2010 has approved the allotment of 12,380 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the eligible employees upon exercise of vested stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 of the company.
Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the company has gone upto 40,50,74,175 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, aggregating to Rs. 405.07 crore.
