Dr. Pruthu Narendra Dhekane graduated from the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences followed by an internship at the prestigious Padm. Dr. D. Y Patil Medical College and Yeshwanthrao Chavan Hospital, Pune. He then went on to pursue an MD in Internal Medicine. He completed FNB in Infectious Disease from Apollo Hospitals, Chennai, India. Dr. Dhekane has with him 4 years of medical experience working at well-known private hospitals. He has good exposure in treating various infectious diseases like Community and Hospital-acquired pneumonia, infective endocarditis, Osteomyelitis, Meningitis, Diabetic foot infections, SSTIs, Surgical and post-operative infections. He also specializes in the treatment of tropical illnesses like Tuberculosis, MDR/XDR Tuberculosis, Melioidosis, Histoplasmosis, Leishmaniosis, Leprosy, Malaria.
