Dr. Ashish Jaikishan is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Interventional Cardiology at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi, with over a decade of experience in the field. Prior to joining Fortis, he served at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital and MGIMS, Sevagram.
Dr. Jaikishan has actively contributed to academic research, notably on the role of perioperative intravenous amiodarone therapy in preventing cardiac arrhythmias in patients with impaired left ventricular function undergoing cardiac surgery, and on the prevalence of pulmonary hypertension in adults with cirrhosis of the liver in rural central India.
He has participated in numerous national workshops and conferences and holds certifications of excellence in Neonatal and Paediatric Advanced Life Support workshops conducted at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences.
Dr. Jaikishan is a recipient of multiple academic honors, including the Smt. Urmil Vohra Silver Medal in Medicine, the Bronze Medal for securing the second position in Paediatrics, and the Silver Medal for securing the top position in Community Medicine during his MBBS.
