Dr. Shubha Garg has vast clinical experience in Breast oncology of more than 8 years. She has done DNB in General Surgery from Delhi in 2009. Prior to joining Fortis Hospital, she was working as an Associate Consultant, Breast Oncology at Max Super Specialty Hospital for the last 5 years. She was one of the key persons in establishing the Breast Oncology Department at Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. She was trained and worked as Attending Consultant at the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Delhi. She has a special interest in Breast Conservative Surgery and Oncoplasty, Sentinel lymph node biopsy, skin, and nipple-sparing mastectomy, and chemo port insertion. She is a strong believer in Screening for breast cancer and is actively involved in screening mammographic camps, TFD workshops. She is successfully running Breast cancer survivors support group and is actively involved in the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.
