Q1. What is the expected length of the psychotherapy sessions?

Psychotherapy sessions are typically ranging between a 30 minute or a 60 minute session, which is a fixed duration determined at the time of fixing the appointment.


Q2. Is the discussion or the sessions held with the psychotherapist, confidential?

All ethical boundaries regarding the confidentiality of psychotherapeutic sessions are maintained as per the norms.
