Prostate cancer affects the prostate gland, the gland that produces some of the fluid in semen and plays a role in urine control in men. Sign & Symptoms:
Prostate cancer may cause no signs or symptoms in its early stages. Prostate cancer that's more advanced may cause signs and symptoms. Few common symptoms are:

- Trouble urinating

- Decreased force in the stream of urine

- Blood in semen

- Discomfort in the pelvic area

- Bone pain

- Erectile dysfunction
