The Fortis Organizational Psychology Initiative has been designed to optimize the performance of organizations by the application of scientifically validated knowledge of human psychology and organizational behaviour.
Within the Organizational Psychology Program, our team of mental health experts works with employees, management and organizations as a whole, in order to address staffing needs, interpersonal dynamics, workforce development and workplace climate concerns.
