With over three decades of experience, Dr. Jitendra have successfully conducted more than 20,000 surgeries, establishing himself as a trusted name in the medical field. As one of the pioneering Laparoscopic Surgeons in Jaipur since 1997, he has been at the forefront of innovation, particularly in Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery beginning in 2004. His credentials include certifications such as FIAGES (2007), FMAS (2016), and FALS (Hernia) in 2019, reflecting his commitment to excellence and continuous learning. He has served as faculty in numerous prestigious national conferences, including ASICON, IAGES, HSICON, APHS, and various Fellowship programs. As operating faculty in over 20 Live operative workshops, including those held at our alma mater, SMS Medical College, he actively contribute to the education and training of future surgeons. His dedication to advancing the field is evident through the leadership roles, including serving as Founder President of the Raj Hernia Society and holding executive positions in the Hernia Society of India. He is honored to have been recognized with awards such as the "Chikitsa Vibhushan" by the Indian Medical Association, Jaipur in 2019 and the Lifetime Achievement Award by PHNHS in 2022. Moreover, he has organized significant medical events, including the state-level conferences of the Rajasthan Association of Minimal Access Surgeons (RAMAS) in 2013 and 2018 (RAMAS Herniacon 2018), as well as the National Conference of the Hernia Society of India (HSICON 2022) in Jaipur. Currently serving as Vice-President of the Hernia Society of India, he remains dedicated to advancing surgical techniques and promoting excellence in healthcare.
