Dr. Ankit Mahajan

Dr. Ankit Mahajan is a highly accomplished Interventional Cardiologist with over 15 years of experience in managing complex cardiac conditions and performing advanced cardiovascular interventions. He completed his MBBS from Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla, followed by MD (Internal Medicine) from Government Medical College, Amritsar, and DM (Cardiology) from RNT Medical College, Udaipur. Dr. Mahajan has extensive expertise in coronary angioplasty, structural heart interventions, electrophysiology, peripheral vascular procedures, and device implantations. He has successfully performed more than 3,000 transradial angioplasties and routinely undertakes valve procedures, ASD/VSD/PDA closures, pacemaker implantations, ICDs, CRTs, and peripheral angioplasties. An outstanding academician, Dr. Mahajan has received multiple scholarships, gold medals, and international recognitions, and a prestigious fellowship at University Hospital Bern, Switzerland. He also completed advanced training in Electrophysiology and RF Ablation under renowned cardiac electrophysiologist Dr. Yash Lokhandwala. Dr. Mahajan is a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI), USA, and a member of the American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association.
