Dr. Ayush Phogat

Dr. Ayush Phogat is a Psychiatrist with expertise in the assessment and management of a broad range of mental health conditions across adolescents and adults. He has gained comprehensive clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, neuropsychiatric care and managing diverse psychiatric presentations. His areas of clinical interest include depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, stress-related disorders, and emotional and behavioural concerns. He has undergone additional clinical training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, along with exposure to Neurology and Radiology. Dr. Phogat follows an individualized, evidence-based approach to psychiatric care, integrating pharmacological treatment with psychological and behavioural interventions where appropriate. He believes in creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where patients and their families feel heard and actively involved in treatment.
