He received his training in Heart Surgery from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, and completed a fellowship at The Mayo Clinic, United States. Dr. Saha has been awarded several university-level gold medals and prizes, has published numerous articles in national and international medical journals, and has presented his work at international forums. He is among the few surgeons certified for Heartware Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) implantation.
