Dr. Nikhil Bansal

Dr. Nikhil Bansal is a highly skilled Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon with over 16 years of overall medical experience. He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Chandigarh (2010), MS in General Surgery from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, and M.Ch. in Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery from the prestigious AIIMS, New Delhi. He has undergone advanced training in Off-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass (OP-CAB) and Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery (MICS) for valve procedures. In addition to adult cardiac surgery, he has specialized expertise in the surgical management of complex congenital and paediatric cardiac disorders. Since joining Fortis Hospital, Ludhiana, Dr. Bansal has been instrumental in delivering advanced cardiac surgical care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques and enhanced patient outcomes Dr. Bansal has authored more than 25 national and international research publications and has presented his work at several prestigious cardiothoracic conferences.
