Dr. Reshma Hussain

With over 28 years of practice in Mahim West, Dr. Reshma Naushad Hussain is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist attached to S.L. Raheja Hospital – A Fortis Associate. Her areas of expertise include the management of high-risk pregnancies involving pregnancy-induced hypertension, gestational diabetes, Rh-negative pregnancies, and heart disease. She also focuses on infertility treatments and the holistic management of PCOD. In addition to these areas, Dr. Hussain performs laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries, offering minimally invasive treatment options for her patients. Beyond her clinical practice, she has been involved in educational initiatives by delivering lectures on adolescent health and PCOD and conducting antenatal and postnatal exercise classes. She has contributed to All India Radio and 98.3 Red FM and is actively engaged in women empowerment projects. Dr. Hussain is a member of MOGS, FOGSI, AMC, and IMA, and is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, and her mother tongue Tamil, with the ability to read Arabic.
