Dr. Rushabh M. Chheda

Bringing over 5 years of experience in neurosurgery, Dr. Rushabh M. Chheda serves as a Consultant Neuro and Spine Surgeon at S.L. Raheja Hospital – A Fortis Associate, Mahim, Mumbai. His areas of specialization include complex skull base surgery, vascular neurosurgery, and endoscopic endonasal approaches for both cranial and spinal conditions. Dr. Chheda has undergone advanced training in brain and spine trauma surgery, endovascular neurosurgery, and vascular microneurosurgery. He provides surgical management for a wide range of neurological disorders, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques. Alongside his clinical responsibilities, he actively participates in academic and clinical research aimed at improving surgical outcomes and advancing neurosurgical practice. He is a lifetime member of the Association of Surgeons of India, Neurological Society of India, Neurospinal Surgeon Association of India, and the Skull Base Society of India. He Won the Best Poster Award at BYPASS,2020 held at Zurich, Switzerland. 6. He Won the Best Poster Award for his work on “recommendations for treatment of PICA aneurysm: An institutional experience” at the NSICON 2022, held at Agra. 7. Awarded the ANNUAL TRAVEL FELLOWSHIP AWARD by the Bombay Neurosciences Association(BNA) for the year 2022-2023 8. Awarded the YOUNG NEUROSURGEON PRESENTATION AWARD by the International Rhoton society and invited for the annual meeting by Rhoton society in Istanbul. 9. Awarded the NSSA 2023 travel scholarship by Neurospinal Surgeon Association of India.
