Dr. Srivatsa Lokeshwaran

Dr. Srivatsa Lokeshwaran is a senior Pulmonologist and Interventional Pulmonologist with over 17 years of clinical experience in advanced respiratory care. His expertise includes interventional pulmonology, lung transplantation, airway diseases, interstitial lung disease (ILD), pulmonary fibrosis, and sleep medicine. Internationally trained at the National University Hospital (NUH), Singapore, he has extensive experience in advanced airway and pleural interventions. He was a key member of the team that performed the first bronchial thermoplasty in Karnataka for severe asthma and served as a transplant physician in the team that carried out the first bilateral lung transplant in Karnataka for post-COVID pulmonary fibrosis. Dr. Srivatsa Lokeshwaran currently leads advanced asthma, lung transplant, and ILD clinics, with a special focus on asthma phenotyping and targeted biologic therapies, delivering evidence-based and globally benchmarked respiratory care.
