Dr. Sunil Abraham Ninan

Dr. Sunil Abraham Ninan is a paediatrician and neonatologist with extensive experience in the care of newborns and children. He completed his MBBS and MD in Paediatrics from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, and subsequently completed his Senior Residency at AIIMS. He obtained Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH), London, in 2001. His clinical experience includes the assessment and management of critically ill newborns, premature infants, and children with complex medical conditions. He has experience caring for premature babies born from 25 weeks of gestation and in establishing and managing Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs). Dr. Ninan follows an evidence-based approach to medical care, with an emphasis on understanding each child's health needs and communicating clearly with parents and caregivers. He has a particular interest in parent counselling, parenting guidance, and supporting families in understanding the care and well-being of their children. In addition to his clinical work, his professional interests include teaching, training and mentoring doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
