Dr. Suresh Bhagat

Bringing over 27 years of clinical experience, Dr. Suresh K. Bhagat is a Senior Consultant Urologist and Renal Transplant Surgeon associated with S.L. Raheja Hospital – A Fortis Associate, Mahim, Mumbai. He completed his M.Ch. in Urology from the prestigious Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, where he underwent seven years of comprehensive training across various subspecialties of urology. During his career, he has performed more than 350 successful renal transplants, including a significant number of cadaveric transplants. His expertise includes laparoscopic urological surgeries, complex endourological treatments, pediatric urology, and advanced reconstructive procedures involving bladder reconstruction, complex urethral reconstruction, and renal autotransplant. Dr. Bhagat also has extensive experience in uro-oncological surgeries, including radical nephrectomy, radical prostatectomy, and radical cystectomy with neobladder formation. He is skilled in minimally invasive procedures such as HOLEP and RIRS for the management of complex urological conditions.
