Dr. Swapnil Keny

Dr. Swapnil Keny is a highly accomplished orthopedic surgeon with advanced training in adult reconstructive joint arthroplasty. He has completed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Joint Arthroplasty from the Indian Arthroplasty Association and has served as an Ex-Assistant Professor at K.E.M Hospital & Seth G.S Medical College, Mumbai. Further enhancing his expertise, he pursued an international travelling fellowship in Hip and Knee Arthroplasty and Robotic Surgery in Sydney, Australia, gaining hands-on experience in advanced joint replacement techniques. A prolific researcher, Dr. Keny has contributed extensively to the field of orthopedics, presenting papers at numerous national and international conferences as both faculty and delegate. He has co-authored over 15 research publications in indexed journals across multiple subspecialties, including arthroplasty, arthroscopy, trauma, and hand surgery. His training at Nepean Hospital, Sydney, further strengthened his skills in advanced hip and knee arthroplasty and robotic joint replacement surgery. Dr. Keny is actively involved in performing hip and knee replacement surgeries, as well as shoulder and knee arthroscopy procedures as a primary surgeon. He independently manages complex trauma cases and serves as a first responder for severe injuries. In addition to his clinical work, he contributes as faculty in educational programs, participates in research and academic teaching, and provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care. His key areas of interest include primary and revision hip and knee replacement, arthroscopic procedures, and complex trauma and reconstruction surgery.
