Dr. Vikram Raut

Specializing in liver transplantation, Dr. Vikram Raut is associated with S. L. Raheja Hospital – A Fortis Associate, Mahim, Mumbai. He has cumulative experience of over 1200 liver transplants, including more than 600 living donor surgeries. Having received training at reputed national and international institutions, he is proficient in advanced liver transplant techniques, including ABO-incompatible transplants. His clinical practice encompasses both adult and pediatric liver transplantation, with a focus on improving accessibility and outcomes for patients across all age groups. Dr. Raut has authored 40 publications in international journals and delivered over 40 presentations at international transplant forums. His recognitions include the International Travel Scholar Award by the International Liver Transplantation Society, along with awards from the European Association for the Study of the Liver and Japan Surgical Society.
