Continuing his academic journey, he completed DNB Internal Medicine from one of the oldest super specialty hospitals of Delhi, Batra Hospital and medical Research Centre, south Delhi. After completing senior residency from Delhi Govt institutions, he practiced Medicine and critical care in renowned hospitals of Faridabad, Panchkula and Chandigarh. He pursued his Doctorate degree (DrNB Gastroenterology) from a high-volume institute of Liver and Digestive sciences, Sarvodaya Hospital and Research Centre, Faridabad. Later, he joined as faculty in the Greater Noida branch of the same institute. Later he joined as consultant and Head Medical Gastroenterology & Hepatology department. He has done more than ten thousand endoscopic procedures, including all advanced therapeutic endoscopies, colonoscopies and ERCP.
