I am Dr. Azmi Saundarya, a Radiation Oncologist with over 8 years of experience in Oncology. After completing my MBBS, I specialized in Radiation Oncology, earning my Diploma in Medical Radiotherapy (DMRT) from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and my Diplomate in National Board (DNB – Radiation Oncology) from Apollo Specialty Hospital, Chennai. I also underwent one-year training in pain and palliative medicine through the Global Fellowship Program in Palliative Medicine by Pallium India (2024 batch). I had the privilege of observing advanced brachytherapy procedures and image-guided IMRT on Tomotherapy and Cyberknife at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, California, USA, under the mentorship of Dr. AM Nisar Syed.
