Dr. Gaurav Desai is a Minimal Access and Robotic surgeon with an experience spanning over 12 years managing thousands of patients needing removal of pelvic pathology including ovarian cysts, endometriosis, fibroids and the uterus. He is well-versed in using minimally invasive technologies and frequently conducts live surgical training programs across the country. Dr. Desai has gained specialist training from universities in USA, Italy and in India in pelvic pathology including endometriosis and robotic surgery. He is managing council member of the Mumbai OBGY society and the Indian Association of Gynaec Endoscopists. He has been invited by regional, national and international societies to deliver scientific presentations and has also published several scientific peer reviewed papers in national and international journals on minimal access surgery and robotics in gynaecology.
