Dr. Kanishka Meel is a Consultant Psychiatrist with around seven years of experience in psychiatry. She has worked across multiple cities, including Gurugram, Bhiwadi, and Rewari, and has experience in hospital-based practice as well as providing mental healthcare in assisted living facilities for older adults. Since completing her MD Psychiatry in 2022, she has combined clinical practice with extensive mental health advocacy and public education. She has conducted stress management, emotional wellness, and psychological first aid workshops for more than 1,500 employees across leading organizations, including Relaxo, Jaquar, BKT, Perfetti, B.
