Dr. Kirti Bhushan

With over 18 years of specialized experience and more than 10,000 major and supra-major surgeries to his credit, Dr. Kirti Bushan is a Surgical Oncologist providing comprehensive cancer care through curative, preventive, and advanced oncological surgeries. He completed his MBBS from Rajendra Medical College and Hospital (RMCH), Ranchi, followed by an MS in General Surgery from Government Medical College, Jammu, and a three-year DNB Super-Specialization in Surgical Oncology from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCI & RC), New Delhi. His international training includes a Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Cancers Management from the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), USA, and specialized training in Minimal Access Robotic Surgery from the University of Strasbourg, France. Dr. Bushan is experienced in the surgical management of head and neck, breast, lung, gastrointestinal (esophagus, stomach, and colorectal), hepatopancreatobiliary (gall bladder and pancreatic), and gynecological malignancies (ovary, uterus, and cervix), as well as cytoreductive surgeries and HIPEC procedures. He received the Best Young Outstanding Oncosurgeon Award from the former President of India, the late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, has authored a book on breast cancer sponsored by the Breast Cancer Foundation of India (BCFI), published a book on gastrointestinal cancers management with Jaypee Publishers, and has multiple publications in reputed national and international journals.
