A renowned ENT surgeon and academician, he is recognized for his expertise in micro-ear surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, skull base surgery, cochlear implantation, and head & neck procedures. He completed his MBBS, MS (ENT) and DNB (ENT–Head & Neck Surgery). Prior to joining Fortis, he served as Professor and Head of the Department of ENT at Dayanand Medical College & Hospital (DMC&H), Ludhiana for nearly three decades. He has also undergone advanced fellowships in Otology, Skull Base Surgery, and Cochlear Implantology at premier institutions in India and internationally, including AIIMS, TATA Memorial Hospital, and centres in Paris, Italy, and Singapore.
