He completed his MBBS and MS (Orthopaedics) from Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana and has received advanced international training in Germany, Japan, Italy, UK, Australia, South Korea, and Thailand in trauma surgery, Orthopaedic Oncology & Joint replacement.
Dr. Saggar specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Bone and Soft tissue Tumors (Sarcomas), Limb salvage surgery, complex Fracture management, Robotic-assisted knee replacement, Hip and Knee Replacement, metastatic Bone disease & Pelvic reconstruction. He has extensive experience in Limb-preserving procedures using Megaprosthesis and custom implants.
He has held several prestigious leadership positions, including President of the Indian Musculoskeletal Oncology Society (IMSOS), President of the Punjab Orthopaedic Association and President of the Sarcoma Education Foundation. He has also served as Co-Chairman of the Oncology Section of the Indian Orthopaedic Association.
