Dr. Svati Bansal

Dr Svati Bansal is an internationally trained Oculoplasty surgeon and ophthalmologist. She did her masters in Ophthalmology from PGI Chandigarh which is recognised as one of the top institutes in the country. Subsequently She did her fellowship in Orbit, Oculoplasty and ocular oncology from Aravind eye hospital Madurai which is high volume centre where she was trained in highly specialised Oculoplasty surgeries and ocular oncology. She further trained in Moran eye centre, Salt Lake City, USA where she honed her skills in complex oculofacial reconstructions and aesthetic surgery including blepharoplasties. She has also sub specialised in Neuro-ophthalmology at the famous Singapore national eye centre in Singapore. Because of her unique training, she is capable of treating all kinds of simple and complex oculoplasty problems and diseases related to the optic nerve. She has treated thousands of patients and done numerous complex Oculoplasty surgeries in her career spanning two decades. She has previously worked as a Senior consultant in top hospitals in India like Medanta and Narayana Nethralya and currently she is an Associate Director in the Fortis eye Institute
