Fortis Gurugram Hosts “From Diagnosis to Cure” Awareness Event on World Thalassemia Day

On the occasion of World Thalassemia Day, Fortis Hospital, Gurugram organised a special awareness event themed “From Diagnosis to Cure” to spread awareness about thalassemia prevention, treatment through bone marrow transplant , and the journey towards a cure. 

Dr. Vikas Dua led the session and shared valuable insights on thalassemia management, advanced treatment options, and the importance of early diagnosis and awareness. 

The event was graced by Chief Guests Ms. Shefali Bagga, Mr. Vindu Dara Singh, and Mr. Mahir Khan, who extended their support towards creating greater awareness in society.

Thalaseemia patients inspired everyone with heartfelt dance, singing, and motivational performances, spreading hope, courage, and positivity.
