Fortis HEAL Initiative Launched to Strengthen Healthcare Collaboration with Nursing Homes

Fortis Hospital Greater Noida has launched (6th February 2026) Fortis HEAL (Healthcare Excellence through Access and Learning) - a strategic initiative aimed at building a structured and collaborative ecosystem between Fortis and Nursing Homes across the region.
As part of the first phase of this initiative, 20 Nursing Homes have already been successfully connected, strengthening the referral network and ensuring seamless continuity of care for patients.

The HEAL programme is designed to enhance healthcare access, strengthen clinical competencies, and promote knowledge-sharing through structured capacity-building initiatives. By fostering clinical collaboration and professional engagement, the programme aims to improve patient outcomes and establish an integrated, community-based care pathway. Looking ahead, Fortis Hospital Greater Noida aims to expand this network to 50 Nursing Homes, further reinforcing its commitment to creating a connected and progressive healthcare ecosystem.
The initiative was inaugurated on 6th February 2026 at Fortis Hospital, Greater Noida, marking a significant milestone in the hospital’s vision of collaborative and comprehensive healthcare delivery.
