Fortis Hospital, Gurugram launches Thalassemia Clinic in Gorakhpur

We are proud to announce the launch of the Thalassemia Clinic in collaboration with Annapurna Hospital, Gorakhpur. The clinic was inaugurated by City Mayor Dr. Manglesh Srivastava and Dr. Rahul Bhargava, Principal Director & Chief – Bone Marrow Transplant, Fortis Gurugram.

During the event, Dr. Rahul Bhargava shared valuable insights into Thalassemia — its causes, prevention, and the latest treatment options available in India, including bone marrow transplantation, which offers a potential cure.

This initiative marks an important step toward improving access to advanced care for Thalassemia patients in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
