With experience of over 20 years to his credit, Dr Arora has worked as a SHO (Trauma and Orthopaedics) at Scotland NHS Hospitals; Registrar (Trauma and Orthopaedics) at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary in UK. He has also worked as Senior Clinical Research Fellow at  Northtyneside, UK. His last assignment was with Columbia Asia Hospital, Palam Vihar as Chief - Orthopedics & Joint Replacement (June 2008 - March 2019).
