Ms. Navyashri S is an Independent Consultant Clinical Psychologist (RCI Registered) at Fortis Hospital, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Ms. Navyashri has completed her MPhil in Clinical Psychology from JSS (Deemed to be University), Mysore; MSc in Clinical Psychology from KMC, Mangalore (Manipal University); and BSc (Honors) in Psychology from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. Ms. Navyashri has around 4 years of clinical experience, working at KMC, Mangalore, Wenlock District Hospital, Mangalore, Manasa Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Bangalore, and JSS Hospital, Mysore under supervision, as a part of her MSc and MPhil curriculum respectively. She has also worked as a Peer Counselor at Find Hope organization. She has been a part of the volunteering team at various organizations like Centre for Social Action, Christ (Deemed to be University), and Association for Mentally Challenged, Bangalore as a student tutor. She is very much inclined to work for the social cause of equality, women's safety, and empowerment.  Ms. Navyashri is known for her energetic personality and leadership skills. She was the founder & coordinator of Pragathi, The Kannada club at Christ (Deemed to be Univeristy) which worked towards teaching functional Kannada to non-Kannadigas and organizing inhouse and intercollegiate fests that showcased our Karnataka culture. Ms. Navyashri takes a keen interest in the field of cyberpsychology and has completed a Diploma in Cyberpsychology (Online) from City Colleges, Ireland. She has vast experience in taking behavior therapy for children diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorders and ADHD, remedial training for children with Specific learning disorders; and psychotherapy sessions for patients with depressive episodes, panic attacks, OCD symptoms, Borderline Personality Disorders/Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorders, Addiction related disorders, social anxiety, relationship and marital issues, bipolar affective disorders, somatoform disorders, and so on. Ms. Navyashri also has experience in psychodiagnostics and has administered various assessments ranging from rating scales, IQ assessments, Specific Learning Disability Assessments, and Personality assessments, to Projective tests and Neuropsychological batteries as a part of her MSc and MPhil training. Ms Navyashri's previous clients have found it extremely comfortable to take sessions with her due to her non-judgmental,  empathetic & understanding attitude, clear and concise communication, listening skills, patience, genuineness, and humorous nature along with the necessary knowledge, training, experience and credentials.
