Dr. Pradeep Jain is a renowned GI Surgeon, Robotic & Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon, and GI Cancer Specialist, serving as Chairman – Laparoscopic GI, GI Oncology, Bariatric & Minimal Invasive Surgery at Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh. With an illustrious surgical career spanning 36 years, he has performed over 40,000 open, laparoscopic, and robotic Gastrointestinal & HPB surgeries, making him one of India's most experienced GI surgeons. He is a National Proctor for Robotic & Laparoscopic GI & HPB Surgery. He completed his MBBS and MS from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) and LNJP Hospital, followed by M.Ch. in Gastrointestinal & Hepatobiliary Pancreatic (HPB) Surgery from G.B. Pant Hospital. He has received advanced international training in Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery from South Korea, Japan, and the USA, and is a certified Robotic Surgeon by Intuitive Surgical. He has also performed advanced GI surgeries at the Asian Institute of Tele Surgery, Taiwan. Dr. Jain specializes in robotic and laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery, GI cancer surgery, liver, pancreatic, biliary, colorectal, and bariatric (weight loss) surgery. His expertise includes the treatment of esophageal, stomach, colon and rectal cancers, liver tumors, pancreatic cancer, gallbladder diseases, and other complex gastrointestinal disorders using advanced minimally invasive and robotic techniques.
