4. Complimentary consults are not applicable for VCs, department chairmen, and outsourced departments.
5. Coupons for complimentary consultants can not be redeemed for the same specialties more  then once.
6. Complimentary services can be availed on production of the physical copy of the coupon only and are valid for a period of one year from date of issue of the coupon
7. Discounts are only available on cash payment basis and not applicable on TPA/insurance-routed cases
8. OP discounts are applicable on Consults and Investigations only
9. IP discounts are applicable on room rent and diagnostics & excludes drugs, consumables, implants, and packages
10. Discounts on Preventive Health packages are on Fortis standard packages only
11. Complimentary health checkup packages are only available on the pre-decided package with the units. The offer coupons are valid for a period of one year. The offer can be availed only on production of the physical copy of the coupon
