Dr Anurag Aggarwal is the Head of the department of Emergency Medicine and Trauma at Fortis Hospital, Noida. He has 15 years of experience working in India’s top government and corporate institutions. The emergency department at the fortis hospital is a stroke-ready” setup with a 24x 7 Cath lab facility for mechanical Thrombectomy in stroke and a PCI facility for heart attack patients. Dr Anurag is AHA certified BLS & ACLS instructor and runs an International training Centre( ITC) at Fortis Noida. Also, we have a DNB programme running at Fortis Noida. He is also Head of Pain Medicine department doing medical management and interventions in patients with disc prolapse and sciatica, Neck pain and brachialgia, inflammatory joint pains like OA and RA, Myofascial Pain Syndromes, Post Hepatic Neuralgia, Cancer pain and palliative care. He also practices regenerative pain medicine for sport injury patients and geriatric patients. He was also associated with NGO organizations like CAN Support doing social work for the community. He was an executive member of the National Advisory Board of the Palliative Care Indian Cancer Congress. He has special intererst for Special Interest for spine and chronic pain management, palliative care, labour analgesia.
