Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj Conducts Basic Life Support Training Session at 21 Fitness Club GK-II
New Delhi, June 24, 2026: As part of its ongoing commitment to promoting emergency preparedness and community health, Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj successfully conducted a Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Session at 21 Fitness Club, Greater Kailash-II (GK-II).
The interactive session equipped fitness professionals, trainers, and participants with essential lifesaving skills, including the recognition of medical emergencies, prompt activation of emergency response, high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the fundamentals of using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The training also highlighted the importance of immediate intervention during cardiac emergencies, where timely action can significantly improve survival outcomes.
