Dr Nikhil Patil is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with more than 15 years of clinical experience. He trained at Fortis Hospital, Cunningham Road, Bengaluru, a high-volume centre for coronary intervention, valvular heart disease and cardiac rhythm disorders. His clinical expertise includes coronary angiography, primary angioplasty and complex coronary interventions involving left-main disease, bifurcation lesions and chronic total occlusions. He uses advanced coronary imaging and physiology techniques such as IVUS, OCT and FFR to guide treatment decisions and optimise angioplasty outcomes.
