Cancer Awareness Health Talk at the Parliament by Dr Pradeep Jain

Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, in association with the Lok Sabha Employees Association, organised a health talk on Cancer Awareness at the Parliament on 17 September 2026.

The health talk was conducted by Dr Pradeep Jain, Chairman – GI, GI Oncology, Minimal Access & Bariatric Surgery, Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, who shared insights on cancer prevention, risk factors, early detection and the importance of timely medical evaluation.

The session was attended by over 200 members of the Lok Sabha Employees Association, providing an opportunity for an informative discussion on cancer awareness and preventive health.

The programme was supported by Mr Rajender Kumar, President – Lok Sabha Employees Association, and Mr Gajendra Singh, Unit Head – Sales and Marketing, Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, whose coordination and support contributed to organising the session.
